Our Story
Built on quality — and a little more.
Quality & More Interiors is a Dubai-based interior design and fit-out company creating refined, bespoke spaces for discerning clients across the UAE. Founded in 2022 by Baijumon R.P, the studio has spent four years delivering luxury villas, clinics and showrooms across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
From bespoke carpentry and architectural ceilings to elegant wall finishes and premium glass works, every project is shaped by precision, craftsmanship and uncompromising attention to detail. Design, joinery, finishing, MEP and specialist works are delivered under one seamless turnkey approach.

I wanted to build the kind of company I would want to hire — one that answers the phone, quotes honestly, and finishes what it starts. Every project we take on gets my personal review, because our name sits on it long after the last light is switched on.

Six disciplines sit on our own payroll, which is why the programme holds and the detailing matches from room to room.
Bespoke Joinery & Carpentry
Wardrobes, TV units, vanity units and wall panelling made to measure in MDF, wood, veneer and laminate.
Architectural Ceilings
Gypsum ceilings, bulkheads, cove lighting and access panels detailed alongside the lighting scheme.
Wall Cladding & Finishes
Fluted panels, veneer, laminate and decorative wall finishes applied by our own finishing team.
Glass & Aluminium
Glass partitions, sliding doors, shower enclosures and aluminium doors and windows.
Bathrooms & Wet Areas
Tiling, sanitary works, waterproofing and vanity units, sequenced so nothing is opened up twice.
Supervision & Procurement
Site engineers, a draughtsman and a procurement lead on staff — no stage waits on an outside contractor.
